have taught many group Pilates classes, mainly in private clubs and sports centres but also hiring halls to hold my own classes.
I am now opening my own studio at the Junction Leisure Centre in Broadstone. The studio is relatively compact which will allow me to focus on up to 6 people at one time. This will enable me to give each person the encouragement, help and time they need to achieve their expectations and goals.
