Can I just turn up?
No unfortunately not. Classes are currently limited to 6 places so booking in advance is required.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable to move in. Shoes are not needed and socks are optional.
What should I bring?
All Pilates mats and equipment will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle if required.
Important safety information!
Please let me know in advance if you have any injuries or medical conditions that might affect your ability to exercise. Also inform me if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby. If necessary please check with your GP before joining the classes, and bring a note from them to explain your injuries or medical conditions in more detail. If a GP or other health professional has recommended Pilates to you, please get a letter from them describing the condition including any recommendations and contraindications. This will enable me to work alongside them. Your injury or medical condition may mean that alternative versions of particular exercises may be more applicable to you.
